海南省海洋監測預報中心(以下簡稱“中心”)是海南省海洋與漁業廳下屬的正處級公益服務性事業單位，兼掛海南省海洋預報台、海南省海洋監測中心、海南省海域動態監管中心三塊牌子，是國家海洋環境監測預報網、國家漁業環境監測網和海南省防災減災體系的成員單位，目前是全省唯一有權向社會公開發布海洋環境預報、海洋與漁業監測通報、公報和年報的單位，也是我省獲得國家頒發的漁業污染事故調查資格證書的單位.....
